Welcome to Fenneran Consulting, a small, family-based company that specializes in building websites for other small companies and ministries.  Our rates are competative and we always deliver on what we promise.

Frank Fenneran has been in the computing industry since 1980 and was working with the internet before it was commercial.  He has held IT positions in the publishing, technology and telecom industries.  You can browse our portfolio of current and past clients to see examples of projects we've worked on.

We specialize in creating sites using Joomla, the most-used open-source content management system in the world.  This allows maximum flexibility with respect to content and design, but also gives our clients the ability to updated their own sites without having to hire programmers.
